Celebrating 25 years of beans for impact and nutrition in Africa

The Pan-Africa Bean Research Alliance (PABRA) was founded in 1996 and spreads in 31 countries across the continent. In Africa Beans are grown on around 6.3 million hectares Thanks to over 570 partners improving bean production, the network has 97,000 tons of quality seed of improved varieties and impacted positively more than 37 million farmers. 

In 25 years, PABRA has bean delivering better beans for Africa, and the future is even tastier!
